How do I access my courses?

Clear Learning courses are accessed online through Internet Explorer (Version 6 or higher) at the website: www.learnaccess.co.uk.

How do I print a page of a course? How do I print the whole course?

To print a page of your course, all you need to do is click on the Print icon located in the navigation bar at the bottom of your course page.
To print an entire course, choose the Course Tools tab located on the left hand side of your course screen, then click on the Printable Version of the course.

What happens if I cannot access the login page?

To access Clear Learning courses you will need to meet our minimum system requirements:

  • Windows 2000, XP, or Vista
  • PP500+ Processor, 128MB of RAM
  • 56K minimum Internet connection
  • 800x600 minimum display resolution
  • Internet Explorer 6 or higher
  • Windows Media Player 9.0 or higher
  • Flash 8.0 or higher*
  • Recommended: Broadband (256 kbps or higher)
  • Recommended: Sound Card with Speakers

*A text-only version is availble for users who do not have Abobe Flash.

Note: Clear Learning courses are not accessible from a Macintosh Computer.

I cannot login. How do I reset my login information?

If you are unable to login using your User ID and Password, as one of them is not being accepted, please contact customer support on 0845 8809998 or via email at enquiries@clearlearning.co.uk to have your login information changed.

How do I print my certificates?

Once you have mastered a course (ie. have completed 100% of the course with a score of above 85%) you will have the option to print a certificate for the course.
To do this, simply click on the View Transcript link from your Home page. The courses that you have mastered will have 100% as a clickable link under Percentage Mastered. Click on the link and your certificate will open in a new window, ready to print.

I am getting a message saying that pop-ups are blocking my courses.

Clear Learning requires you to have your Pop-up blocker turned off. Please follow these steps to do this:

  • Open Internet Explorer
  • Click on your Tools menu
  • Go to Internet Options
  • Choose the Privacy tab Make sure the box under Pop-up blocker is not ticked Click Save.
